V-con
Bonding Layer are Compounded Rubber Vulcanised Sheets
having self ruff back surface which is made from very high
quality Polymer suitable for repair of Conveyor Belts /
Pulley Lagging / Protection to Concrete / Metal Protection
against abrasion when lined to metal surface, are available
in various thickness / width. V-con bonding layers are suitable
to resist Abrasion / Temperature / UV resistance / Ozone
/ Acid / Alkali. V-con Bonding layer are also available
with Fabric Ply insertion.
V-con
cold vulcanising cement is suitable to splice belts of Natural
Rubbers (M-24 / N-17 /SAR), SBR (Heat Resistant), Neoprene
(Food/FR) and Nitrile (OR) with fabrics of Polyester / Cotton,
Nylon. V-con cold vulcanising cement is useful to use with
V-con bonding layer and can also be used for bonding of
various types of rubber sheets, pulley lagging, rubber to
metal and fabric to fabric.
V-con
hot vulcanising cement has been specially developed for
jointing and repairing of conveyor belts with V-con cushion
(skim) and cover compound of various grades.
